Sales Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at ALH Recruitment. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing internal accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal accounts and customer expectations by providing a high level of customer service and answering a high volume of calls per day.
  • Determine customer requirements and identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Look for opportunities to upsell and ensure customers are fully aware of all products and services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Desire to exceed targets and be a great team player.
