About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Writer to lead our medical writing team and focus on medical education projects in the therapeutic areas of Oncology and Endocrinology. As a Principal Medical Writer, you will be responsible for writing medical education materials, mentoring junior writers, and contributing to the development of our medical writing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality medical education materials for Oncology and Endocrinology projects.
- Mentor and develop junior medical writers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Contribute to the development of our medical writing team, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve our processes and outputs.
- Work closely with our scientific services team to ensure that our medical writing projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior writers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
