As a seasoned medical writer, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality scientific programmes that drive improvements in patient outcomes. You will be a hands-on writer for some key projects and provide leadership for junior writers, reviewing their work and helping to mentor and develop them.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies across a range of accounts and therapy areas.
- Oversee content development for key projects, ensuring high-quality scientific programmes are delivered on brief and to timelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior writers, reviewing their work and helping to develop their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in medical communications.
- Experience as a Principal Medical Writer within a healthcare communications agency setting.
- Knowledge across a broad range of medcomms activities, including medical education, meetings, digital communications, and multichannel marketing.
- Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (MSc, PhD).
- Solid organisation and time management skills.
- Strong relationship building and leadership skills.
