Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a 12-month placement. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing products that meet the needs of our customers. Your work will involve:

  • Designing and analyzing mechanical systems and components
  • Developing and testing prototypes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability

You will be guided by structured goals and objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects supported by your People Leader and team around you. We will guide you throughout the year to ensure you make the best of your GE Aviation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components
  • Conduct design analysis and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Mechanical Design/Mechanical Analysis / Mechanical Engineering related bachelor's or master's degree
  • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
