Job Title: Deputy Catering Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Catering Manager to ensure the effective operation of our restaurant through 5-star team management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and FOH operation
  • Closely align and support the site General Manager
  • Line manage the FOH and Hospitality team
  • Brief staff on daily functions, set up, and liaise with the BOH team as needed
  • Conduct weekly stock-takes
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to client and customer feedback
  • Develop processes for operational excellence
  • Manage financial and departmental administration
  • Implement and own Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure all quality control and hygiene systems are achieved at all times

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a management position
