KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee a portfolio of clients, engaging in personalized sessions to assess needs and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with housing authorities to avert homelessness.
- Offer advice on housing options, welfare entitlements, and various support programs.
- Assist clients with the logistical aspects of relocating to new residences.
- Enhance clients' life skills in areas such as financial management, meal preparation, and household maintenance.
- Facilitate drop-in support sessions at designated venues.
- Partner with educational institutions and employers to aid clients in achieving their educational and career aspirations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications.
