Job Title: Director of Forensic Planning

We are seeking an experienced Director of Forensic Planning to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for leading our delay analysis and forensic planning services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in delay analysis and forensic planning, with experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, contributing to expert report writing, and developing and pursuing claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of delay analysis and forensic planning services
  • Manage a team of delay analysts and provide guidance and support
  • Contribute to expert report writing and provide specialist advice to clients
  • Develop and pursue claims, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Network and build relationships with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in delay analysis and forensic planning
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of planning software, including Primavera and Asta PowerProject
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
