We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Systems Engineer to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients in the energy sector.

About the Role

As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading power system analysis and modeling projects, including load flow, short circuit, harmonic analysis, dynamic and transient stability, and protection studies
  • Developing and maintaining power system models using industry-standard tools such as DigSilent and ETAP
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic energy solutions to our clients
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project managers
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Power Systems Engineer who possesses:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (MSc/MEng or PhD in Power Systems is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in power simulation software packages, including DigSilent and ETAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
