About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Accent Group's long-term goals.
  • Coordinate ESG strategies and reporting to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Provide expert advice on sustainability and ESG matters to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce Accent Group's environmental impact.
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance and progress towards sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, preferably in the housing sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and reporting.
