Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Systems Engineer to join our team at Yoh Solutions. As a key member of our automotive engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing vehicle systems, including electrical and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle-Level Systems Architecture Design: Develop and optimize the overall architecture of vehicle systems, ensuring seamless integration and interaction of various components.
  2. Design of High and Low Voltage Systems: Design and implement robust electrical and communication systems to meet the specific demands of modern vehicles.
  3. Vehicle Electrical Systems Integration: Ensure the integration of electrical systems within the vehicle, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across all components.
  4. Real-Time Embedded Control Software Development: Design and develop embedded control software that operates in real-time, enhancing the vehicle's performance and functionality.
  5. Test Rig Design and Implementation: Create and deploy test rigs to evaluate system performance, ensuring reliability and adherence to specifications.
  6. Application Testing, Calibration, and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and calibration of vehicle systems, ensuring they meet all required standards and operate flawlessly under various conditions.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Expertise in Vehicle Systems Architecture Design: Proven experience in creating and refining vehicle systems architecture.
  2. Proficiency in Wiring Loom Design: Skilled in designing wiring looms that are both efficient and compliant with industry standards.
  3. Knowledge of Vehicle Communication Systems: Extensive experience with CAN and LIN communication protocols, as well as proficiency with tools such as PEAK and Vector CANalyzer/CANoe.
  4. Software Development Skills: Strong background in Matlab, Simulink, C/C++, and proficiency with PC application development using Visual Studio.
  5. Comprehensive Understanding of Vehicle Systems: In-depth knowledge of mechanical, thermal, and other vehicle systems, and how they interact within the overall vehicle design.
