About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Part-time Development Manager to join our team in a retirement living development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners and providing a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, and completing health and safety checks
  • Coordinate events and effectively administer the maintenance of the site
  • Provide excellent customer service with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for the Owners

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar background such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors
  • Accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people, able to work independently and use own initiative
  • Good judgement and ability to be calm under pressure, with a focus on providing a first-class customer service
