About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing the maintenance of the property
  • Providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accomplished administration skills, including computer literacy and experience of using Microsoft Office applications
