Exciting Opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Expert

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a senior member of our property law department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of residential property matters, developing new business, and supervising and training more junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential property matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Supervise and train junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new clients and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
  • Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Experience in assisting or mentoring more junior members of staff
  • A track record in maintaining and developing relationships
  • Be passionate about property law
  • Be able to use case management software
  • Exceptional communication skills
