Senior Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Shropshire. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of residential property matters, developing new business, and supervising and training more junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential property matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in residential conveyancing.
  • Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong track record of success in property law.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
