Job Title: Field Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals in Bedford is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Documentation: Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
