Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Regional Property Surveyor to join our team. We offer a competitive base salary, a £7,200 vehicle allowance, a monthly performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position can be structured as Full Time, Part Time, or Job Share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting surveys, valuations, and energy assessments of residential properties for both private and corporate clients.
  • Maintaining best professional practices to mitigate financial and reputational risks to the organization.
  • Completing a minimum of five assessments per day.
  • Effectively addressing inquiries, complaints, and claims in a timely manner.
  • Regularly evaluating the performance and risk of products and services to ensure they meet the needs of the target market and deliver positive customer outcomes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Accreditation as an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accreditation.
  • Extensive experience in valuations and surveys.
  • A strong understanding of lender technical and administrative processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential surveying and valuation.
