Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated English teacher to join our team. As an English teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of primary and secondary school students, nurturing their love for literature and language. You will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and guide them on their journey of exploration and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Engaging English Lessons: Create and implement innovative and engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse educational needs of students.
  • Foster a Welcoming Classroom Environment: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
  • Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the needs of all students.
  • Monitor Student Behavior and Academic Performance: Maintain accurate records of students' behavior and academic performance.
  • Stay Updated with Educational Trends: Stay current with the latest educational trends and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Related Field: A degree in education or a related field is required.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent Certification: QTS or equivalent certification is necessary.
  • Proven Experience as an English Teacher: Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong Knowledge of the English Language, Literature, and Grammar: A strong understanding of the English language, literature, and grammar is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to Manage a Classroom: The ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment is necessary.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to cater to diverse learning needs are essential.
  • Passion for Teaching: A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students is required.
