**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and process payroll for employees, including statutory payments and deductions.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the finance and people teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Perform weekly reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
