**Job Summary**

Our client, a well-established and respected business, is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team at OJ Digital. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and process payroll for employees, including statutory payments and deductions.
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the finance and people teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment.
