The ideal operator will be passionate about everything cask, ensuring that locals and visitors receive a warm welcome and service with a smile and a decent pint. They will also be committed to advertising the pub regularly online via social media.
About the BusinessThe Goyt Inn is a drink-led business, but the operator could add to the appeal by including food options. The pub has two bedrooms and a private kitchen, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to run their own business.
We are looking for an operator who is committed to providing excellent customer service and is passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
About the AgreementWe offer a Flexible Tenancy agreement, which provides a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business. The agreement offers a total term of up to 5 years with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible price bands and release fees.
