Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team at Hoo Peninsula Cares CIC (wHoo Cares) as a Team Leader for our Accommodation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure all services delivered are safe, effective, and of the highest possible quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in implementing the company's strategy for growth and development.
  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Carry out dementia support and actively oversee the aspects of delivery of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance, assess the effectiveness of services, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage resources effectively, optimize staffing levels, and coordinate care services to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or social care sector, with a focus on care management.
  • Qualification in domiciliary or dementia care or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multidisciplinary teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence in delivery.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to change, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and promoting a culture of dignity and respect for clients and staff alike.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
