Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide tailored support to meet each client's unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. You will need to be resilient, flexible, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
