Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You will need to be resilient and able to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
