Quality Systems Administrator

Revvity is seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Audit Program Coordination: Coordinate the internal audit program, including scheduling, communication with auditors, and documentation of findings.
  • SAP Document Management System: Facilitate the training and competency policy for the SAP Document Management System, including adding new documents, reviewing progress updates, and ensuring schedule adherence.
  • CAPA System Management: Work with the Quality Engineer to add new CAPAs to SAP, attend progress meetings, document objective evidence, and update the global CAPA tracker.
  • Deviations and Concessions: Send new deviations for approval via DocuSign, update the Deviation and Concession Tracker, and ensure proper storage of open and closed deviations.
  • QMR Support: Populate the QMR Slide deck with input from department managers and assist in facilitating and presenting the QMR.
