Service Operations Supervisor

NRS Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Site Operations Leader to assist the General Manager in overseeing our Wheelchair Services contract. The successful candidate will possess a proven history in service delivery and team leadership, with a commitment to enhancing outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Oversight - Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance service efficiency.

Team Leadership - Oversee the current team to ensure optimal performance, including monitoring attendance and leave to maintain seamless operations.

Health and Safety Compliance - Ensure that all NRS Healthcare staff adhere to safety protocols in all operational tasks.

Deputy Support - Act as the second-in-command to the General Manager, leading meetings and representing the organization in the GM's absence, including interactions with commissioners and other stakeholders.

Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement - Make informed decisions to swiftly address challenges and drive performance enhancements in both routine operations and specific projects.

Client Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for any operational complaints or issues.

Detail Orientation - Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes and prompt resolution of service inquiries.

Qualifications

Team Development - Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Operational Management - Proven experience in managing site operations effectively.

Staff Development - Background in workforce planning and employee development.

Organizational Skills - Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing tasks efficiently.

Technical Proficiency - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant software.

Communication Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Regulatory Knowledge - Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, employment law, and company policies.
