Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our SPAR store in Worthing. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
