Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Housing Revenues Accountant and Business Partner to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Finance Manager in the preparation of Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budgets and financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of HRA budgets for the Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) review.
- Lead the preparation of the HRA annual statement of accounts.
- Develop and maintain financial models for rent setting, service charge reviews, and the HRA Business Plan.
- Support the council's financial strategy and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- CIPFA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified.
- Experience in local government finance or housing finance.
