We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Children and Young People Services Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and promoting voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facilities for visitors within the centre and in the visits hall, including facilities for children and young people and refreshment services. You will work closely with other Nepacs and prison staff to ensure those families who require additional help receive the assistance they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to ensure a warm welcome and the information and support visitors need.
  • Coordinate facilities for visitors, including children and young people, and refreshment services.
  • Work closely with other Nepacs and prison staff to provide additional support to families.
  • Ensure deadlines and timescales are adhered to.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of motivating and leading a team, with a strong track record of ensuring deadlines and timescales are met. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic leader who can demonstrate flexibility in your role and lead by example.
