Job Title: Identity and Access Management Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Architect to join our team at Whatnot. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure identity and access management systems that enable our customers to securely authenticate and manage their identities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure identity and access management systems
  • Collaborate with the security team to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Develop and maintain authorization and authentication strategies
  • Work closely with engineers to implement identity and access management solutions
  • Take ownership of features from start to finish, ensuring they meet product requirements
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in security, preferably in a large enterprise environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Experience with identity and access management protocols and concepts such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM
  • Software development skills in languages such as Python
  • Experience with authorization frameworks for applications
