Property Management, Inc. - Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lancaster/Akron Area. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents and respond promptly to their maintenance requests.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in residential maintenance and repair.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
