IT Operations Manager

We are working alongside a sustainable brand to hire an IT Manager - Operational Improvement Lead. This role will be an impactful position that will touch many points of the business and teams. You will be working directly with the Ops team and CTO to drive operational improvement and transformation.
The company is a major disrupter in the space, with renowned products. As the business continues to scale and launch multiple products across Europe, they are looking for someone to join the team to help manage processes, transformation, and policies.
Key responsibilities include managing an upcoming site move, technical product launch in France, onboarding remote employees, and establishing new policies. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's operations and contribute to its growth and success.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT operations and process improvement
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
- Ability to work in a remote team and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000
