Job Description: HGV Class 1 Driver with Cat D PCV

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers with Cat D PCV experience to join our esteemed client base. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HGV 1 vehicles and buses safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload goods using forklifts or electric pump trucks.
  • Ensure the secure transportation of cargo, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries and shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 & Cat D PCV licence.
  • Current CPC card.
  • Valid Taco card.
  • Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver with Cat D PCV endorsement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
