Maintenance Engineer Opportunity
C-Tech Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team in the Lisburn area. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, liaising with supervisors and managers, and contributing to continuous improvements and TPM on machines and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance as directed by your line manager.
- Liaise with supervisors, managers, and team managers about problems and the efficiency of machines in designated areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvements and TPM on machines and processes.
Requirements:
- Time-served Maintenance Electricians, Mechatricians, or Fitters with electrical qualifications.
- Recent experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- English language proficiency.
- Driving licence.
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £48,569 rising to £51,490.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40.25 hours.
- Pension scheme with company 4% and employee 5% contributions.
- Death in service benefit of £60,000.

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am – 7pm days.
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm – 7am nights.
Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday 7pm – 7am nights.
