Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at McCulla Ireland Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience working with pumps, gearboxes, and other complex systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams, as well as P&ID schematics.
  • Experience with automation engineering and PLC systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
