Job Summary:

Stericycle UK is seeking a reliable and skilled LGV Class 2 Driver to join our team in the collection and transportation of healthcare waste. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of waste to designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 2 LGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collect and transport healthcare waste from designated locations to Stericycle UK facilities.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including driver's hours and WTD records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the transport team to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid LGV Class 2 Licence and Full Driver CPC Card.
  • Relevant driving experience and ADR certificate (packages 6.1/6.2).
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and flexibility around working hours.
