Job Title: Team Leader - Artrack

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Artrack team, providing support to autistic adults with learning difficulties in a creative and safe environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead groups and workshops to produce meaningful artwork for all abilities
  • Develop and implement support packages, including reviewing care plans and outcomes
  • Support the development of the staff team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service
Requirements:
  • Background in the Arts and experience of leading groups/workshops
  • Knowledge of various art forms to help individuals learn new skills
  • Resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people
  • Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting
