About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Artrack team in Kent. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the support packages for our autistic adults, reviewing care plans and outcomes, and supporting the development of the staff team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services to autistic adults
  • Develop and implement care plans and outcomes for individuals
  • Conduct supervisions and appraisals, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in the arts and experience of leading groups and workshops
  • Knowledge of various art forms and the ability to support individuals with learning difficulties
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with autistic adults, their families, and other stakeholders
