Job Overview

As a Catering Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters. You'll work closely with our culinary and service teams to deliver impeccable food and customer experiences, while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our culinary and service teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen and service operations to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate and willingness to maintain ongoing training and development
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
