Key Responsibilities of the Events Coordination Supervisor:- Facilitates the efficient operation of the meetings & events division, ensuring that every aspect of the client and guest experience is executed to the highest standards.
- Implements strategies and objectives to achieve meetings & events goals and hotel performance targets.
- Leads the meetings & events team, nurturing a culture of growth, development, and high performance within the division.
- Oversees the departmental budget, ensuring cost control and inventory management while achieving productivity and performance benchmarks.
- Ensures compliance with all regulations, where due diligence requirements and best practice procedures are planned, executed, and documented for both internal and external audits, with follow-up actions as necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in meetings & events with strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to devise innovative solutions, providing guidance and recommendations.
