About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Options Barton School in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students with complex profiles of need.

Working collaboratively with our site team, you will support the integration of our service into the day-to-day running of each provision, ensuring that our pupils' needs are met in line with their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, and hold the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need
  • Support the integration of our service into the day-to-day running of each provision
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Hold the therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Clear and concise report writing skills
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
