About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well-established pensions consultancy with a national resourcing approach. You will be based in one of our UK offices, but have the flexibility to work on client teams from other offices. Our business is in a growth period, and we offer a fruitful and varied career within pensions, as well as the chance to move laterally across other service lines if desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality actuarial work on core UK defined benefit pensions assignments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Coach and mentor junior pensions actuaries to develop their skills and expertise
  • Contribute to the development of our pensions consultancy's strategy and growth
Requirements
  • FIA qualified with post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience of working on core UK defined benefit actuarial work
  • Strong delegation skills and a desire to coach and mentor junior pensions actuaries
