Client Service Coordinator

We're seeking a talented Client Services Administrator to join our team at eXPD8, a leading field marketing agency with over 20 years of experience supporting iconic brands and retailers.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, ensuring seamless client experiences and campaign success.
- Act as the main point of contact for client and merchandiser queries, responding promptly and accurately via telephone and email.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to review data, collate reports, and write visit briefs, instructions, and questionnaires.
- Support the team in resolving merchandiser queries and ensuring timely communication.
- Work in a hybrid role, splitting time between our Bristol Head Office and working from home.

Requirements:
