Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are working with a growing facilities management company to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices
  • Dispute incorrect invoices and request credit notes for overcharges
  • Reconcile sub-contractor statements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Handle customer and supplier queries
  • Make payments to suppliers and sub-contractors
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a finance department in a similar role
  • Data input experience
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
