We are delighted to be partnering with our long-standing client in Magherafelt to recruit an Account Administrator to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Reconcile supplier and subcontractor statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Process payments to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with scheduled payment dates.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support fellow Accounts Administrators as needed, addressing customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as reasonably required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance department in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
- Part or fully qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Sage 200 Accounts software.
