We are delighted to be partnering with our long-standing client in Magherafelt to recruit an Account Administrator to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Reconcile supplier and subcontractor statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Process payments to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with scheduled payment dates.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Support fellow Accounts Administrators as needed, addressing customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any additional duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance department in a similar role.
  • Strong data entry skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
  • Part or fully qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Sage 200 Accounts software.
