Overview:
Gap Personnel is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant or Lead Recruitment Advisor. This role is pivotal in nurturing our current client relationships and facilitating the expansion and success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Identify and create new business opportunities while negotiating favorable commercial terms to enhance branch profitability.
3. Provide support across all accounts, ensuring service levels are consistently reviewed and improved as necessary.
4. Achieve set targets, both financial and non-financial.
About You:
You may be an experienced Account Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an Account Coordinator ready to advance into a senior position. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is committed to exceeding customer expectations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays (total of 33 days). Up to 5 additional holiday days can be purchased each year.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Bupa Healthcare, Bupa Dental, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, Health Assured cover, eye care scheme, and a day off for your birthday.
