We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Redstone Wills. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately log new clients and matters onto our in-house systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Proactively follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation for Will completion.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our in-house system, including comprehensive notes from telephone conversations and filed correspondence.
- Process payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Handle incoming calls from clients with courtesy and professionalism, adhering to data protection procedures.
- Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
- Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately.
Requirements
- Proficient IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
