Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in a secure environment.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, and respond to emergency situations.
- Assess patients, undertake reception screening, and deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group.
- A competitive annual salary up to £38,115 per annum, depending on experience.
