We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality surgical care to our patients
- Lead and mentor our veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and efficiency
- Collaborate with our veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical team

We are a motivated and friendly team of 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 14 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Veterinary Care Assistants, and 8 Support Team staff. We have surgery certificate holders and vets working on ophthalmology, dermatology, and internal medicine certificates.
