About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in a leadership capacity, overseeing a team of building surveyors and providing project and professional duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing client relationships and helping to win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of building surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service, including contract administration, surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

About the Ideal Candidate:
