Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of clinical care as outlined by Registered Nurses.
- Perform care duties under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Senior Care Assistant.
- Provide compassionate daily care that respects the individual needs and beliefs of all patients.
- Contribute to the effective management of resources within the clinical setting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Commitment to completing the Care Certificate within a designated timeframe.
- Willingness to pursue further training for advancement to a Healthcare Assistant role.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 2 qualification or relevant experience in a care setting.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Eagerness to assist and support patients, caregivers, and team members as necessary.
