Key Responsibilities- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our booking environments, including our HTS International Portals products, to provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
- Operation Health Measurement: Own the measurement and monitoring of operation health, including alerting and incident reporting.
- Incident Management: Serve as an incident manager for high-impact outages and product issues, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Vendor Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners to report issues, strategize solutions, and ensure seamless product launches.
- Product Launch Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to set requirements for new product launches, ensuring benchmarks are met and products are delivered on time.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain high-quality documentation of systems, processes, and settings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless product adoption.

- Product Operations Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Operations, working with Product teams and Engineering teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep domain knowledge in air shopping and booking providers, including Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, NDC, SPRK, ARC, and BSP.
- Operation Tools Experience: Experience working with operation tools like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Datadog, and Google Sheets.
- SQL Experience: Experience working with SQL.
